BikeConnect offers a fully out-sourced bicycle management services program using the BikeConnect software platform. There are two components to the scope: service and equipment. This includes the development, deployment and operations of bicycle assets, bicycle program marketing, day-to-day operations management and policy enforcement, maintenance and cleaning and customer service and support.

BikeConnect'’s outsourced services model allows our clients to focus on their core rail and bus transit services and increase operating efficiency. The program objectives are to offer enhanced customer service amenities that encourage mass transit ridership and encourage the use of bicycle for personal transportation as an alternative to motor vehicles with first mile/last mile mobility options. These capabilities are required of the service provider:
  • Introduce and manage integrated fee-based services, e.g. subscription and on-demand capabilities.
  • Provide a robust and scalable Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Develop sustainable bicycle services. e.g. bike share, next generation bike storage, etc.
  • Offer of bike club commuter discount program where BikeConnect grows brand awareness of the bike system by developing relationships with local retailers who offer discounts and services to subscribers.
